Obtained Acquisition Financing for a Multi-Tenant Retail Property in One of the Most Dynamic, Rapidly Growing Markets in Denver
When a California private capital client needed to locate a 1031 exchange replacement property, we leveraged our industry relationships to identify a property that was under development and was located in a prime Denver Submarket. As the property was still in its final stages of development, several of the tenants were not open and operating and were in various stages of their tenant improvement build outs. Working in conjunction with our in house financing team, we were able to find a lender willing to close pre-completion with attractive terms without requiring costly lien waiver title insurance.
