Our Industry Relationships Combined with Aggressive Pursuits Resulted in Our Client Acquiring an Irreplaceable Investment Property
When a repeat client elected to allocate funds to a new investment property, we were engaged to source an off-market deal. They had previously contacted the property owner and other brokers to acquire a newly constructed 7-Eleven in their neighborhood, but were never presented an opportunity to acquire. The property was owned by a large hotel investment company and we were able to leverage our relationships at Marcus & Millichap to convince the owner to sell the property to our client in an off-market transaction.
