Alex Baribeau

Alex Baribeau is an Associate at Marcus & Millichap and a member of The Isaac Group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease investment properties throughout the United States. He joined the firm in 2025 through Marcus & Millichap’s highly selective Investment Sales Internship Program, an opportunity extended to fewer than five percent of new agents nationwide, and continued with the firm following the completion of the program.

Alex works with private investors, developers, and institutional owners in the acquisition and disposition of net lease assets, with a particular focus on pharmacy assets. Through market research, underwriting, and transaction analysis, he helps clients evaluate opportunities and make informed investment decisions.

Originally from Maine, Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Real Estate with a minor in Economics from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
