Sales Internship Program (SIP)

Cooper Dyce joined Marcus & Millichap in April of 2025 as a participant in the firm’s highly selective Sales Internship Program (SIP), offered to less than five percent of new agents nationwide. In his role with The Isaac Group, Cooper supports the team in all aspects of brokerage operations, including market research, client outreach, property valuation, and marketing of single-tenant net lease retail assets.

A fourth-generation Colorado native, Cooper leverages his strong local knowledge and community ties to bring valuable perspective to the team’s investment strategy. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
