Cooper Dyce is an Associate at Marcus & Millichap and a member of The Isaac Group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease assets and sale-leaseback transactions. He joined the firm in April 2025 through the highly selective Sales Internship Program, extended to fewer than five percent of new agents nationwide, and transitioned to Associate in April 2026.

Cooper partners with private investors and owner-operators to structure and execute net lease transactions, combining national market intelligence with a hands-on approach to delivering results. A fourth-generation Colorado native, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
