Drew Isaac is a Senior Managing Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap. He leads a team of highly qualified investment professionals focused on investment sales, acquisitions, financing, research, and advisory services of net lease & retail investment real estate.
Drew offers his clients a unique national perspective combined with a deep depth of deal experience, having been the lead broker on 400+ investment property sales in 38 different U.S. states with an aggregate value over $1 billion. Mr. Isaac has exclusively represented countless sellers & buyers, executed dispositions for build-to-suit developers, structured sale leaseback transactions in a wide variety of industries, implemented customized portfolio investment strategies, and facilitated numerous 1031 exchange tax-deferred transactions. His extensive track record of properties sold encompasses the full spectrum of retail asset type, including grocery-anchored, shadow-anchored, power center, unanchored strip, mixed-use, ground-floor urban, and single-tenant. Through consistently executing on assignments and providing exceptional expertise, Drew has built a large client base of private capital investors, high net worth individuals, family trusts & offices, developers, operating companies, private equity firms, real estate funds, REITs, and institutional investors.
Mr. Isaac is widely recognized as a top producing and preeminent investment broker of single-tenant net leased properties, sale leasebacks, portfolio sales, and shopping centers. He is regularly quoted in real estate publications, a frequent panelist at industry conferences, and consistently designated a Heavy Hitter in Investment Sales by the Denver Business Journal. Drew has received numerous awards during his time at Marcus & Millichap, including the firm’s Chairman’s Club Award (2020), Sales Recognition Award (2013-2021), National Achievement Award (2015-2021), Broker of the Year or Top Producer – Denver (2015, 2017, 2019, 2020), Top Mentor – Denver (2017, 2019), and Top 25 Net Leased / Retail Agent – Firmwide (2015-2020). Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2008, Mr. Isaac received a BSBA in Real Estate / Finance from the University of Denver. Drew resides in Denver, CO with his wife, Julie, and their two children, George & Gemma.
