Jack Speetjens

Associate

Jack is a 2024 graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he double majored in finance and accounting, with an emphasis in corporate finance, and a minor in political science. Previously working at the largest commercial property firm in Boulder, Jack specialized in client relationship, property, and receivables management. It was here that he discovered a passion for real estate and pursued his licensure while working and attending CU as a D1 athlete.

After being brought to the team full time post-graduation, he now specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail properties. Working closely with the rest of the team to seek the best price, terms, and closing possible for our clients, he believes in putting relationships as the highest priority. “Other firms specialize in transactions, we specialize in people: their needs, wants, and goals in all aspects”.
