Ryan Bowlby is a Senior Director with Marcus & Millichap and specializes in the sale of shopping centers/multi-tenant retail and he leads our efforts in this segment of the market. Ryan began working with Marcus & Millichap in 2005 and since then has participated in the disposition of income producing properties with a combined transaction history exceeding $850 million in value. Ryan is geographically focused on the Rocky Mountain and Midwest Regions; closing investment properties in ten different states. As a member of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), Ryan represents institutional and major private investors and has an extensive track record in all variances of retail properties including grocery anchored, power centers, neighborhood strip centers, regional malls and single tenant net leased. His diverse transactional history allows him to provide clients with in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis on varying asset types within the retail product category.
