Tres began his career at Marcus and Millichap in 2023 as a member of the sales intern program, an opportunity provided to less than five percent of new agents which pairs them with the firm’s top agents to accelerate deal experience and brokerage development.

Tres specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net lease investment properties and assists the team in analyzing properties, preparing marketing packages, and managing deals. Tres focuses on assisting clients with investment strategies that ensure they are able to reach their investment goals. Based out of Marcus and Millichap’s Denver office, Tres’s local expertise compliments his knowledge of national real estate trends.

Before Marcus and Millichap, Tres received a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder. His passion for commercial real estate began in college, where he pursued courses including: Real Estate Finance & Investment Analysis, Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Technology, and the Senior Seminar in Real Estate.
