We Worked with Local Apartment Investor to Sell Their Apartments and 1031 Exchange into Net Leased Properties
When a high-net worth individual investor entered retirement age and wanted to spend less time managing his apartment portfolio, we were engaged to reinvest the capital into net leased investments. Over the course of several years, we executed multiple 1031 exchanges assisting the client in moving his capital from apartments into a diversified portfolio of eight net leased properties which produced similar cash flow with no management or expense responsibilities.
